ONSITE & REMOTE NATIONAL EXAM SCHEDULE
Below is the National Exam Schedule for our members, organized by class location. To view exams scheduled for a specific location, click the arrow in the upper left-hand corner of the red or blue bar.
To register for your exam, select the “Schedule” button and follow the prompts to complete your registration and payment. This constitutes Step 1 of the registration process. For detailed registration guidelines, please refer to the red bar at the top of our website’s home page and select the activity you would like to complete.
Note: Specific exam site locations and instructor names are not listed in the schedule below. If you are unsure of your exam location, or whether your exam is onsite or remote, please contact our office prior to scheduling at 1-800-232-1608 or by email at info@chpcertified.com
CHP ACTIVITY REGISTRATION PASS NOTIFICATION
An Activity Registration Pass (ARP) will be sent by email approximately seven (7) days prior to the scheduled activity date, provided your member file is complete and it has been approved by our office.
If you do not receive an ARP Pass email, this indicates that your file is incomplete. In such cases, you will still be allowed to take the national certification exam and/or participate in the scheduled activity; but your exam results will not be released until your file has been fully approved. Your results will be marked as “Pending” in our result notification email and will be held by CHP.
If you are notified that your results have been marked “Pending,” please contact us by email at info@chpcertified.com requesting the missing file item. We will respond with details regarding the missing item(s) in your file. Once the deficiency has been corrected, CHP will have up to 72 hours to process your file and release your results.
